Product Features

Strong Power
The turbocharged direct-injection YTO engine delivers strong torque for loader work, transport and PTO-driven operations.

Flexible Gear Selection
The 16F/8R transmission provides a wide range of forward and reverse speeds for different field and loading conditions.

Stable Hydraulic Operation
Separate steering and implement hydraulic circuits maintain consistent control when steering and operating hydraulic equipment at the same time.

Adjustable Track Width
Step-adjustable front tread and stepless rear tread allow the tractor stance to be matched to different field conditions and tyre setups.

Durable Braking
The oil brake system uses enclosed braking components to reduce exposure to dust and debris during regular farm operation.

Applications

Livestock Farming
Handling feed, silage, manure and bedding around barns, yards and feeding areas.

Hay & Bale Handling
Moving and stacking hay, straw and bales with suitable forks or bale attachments.

Farmyard Work
Loading loose materials, clearing yards and moving soil, manure and feed.

Field Operations
Tillage, mowing, transport and PTO-driven implement work between loader operations.

Customization Options

The tractor can be supplied with different equipment combinations according to the intended application.

Loader & Attachments: Bucket, bale fork, hay fork and 4-in-1 bucket options.

Hydraulics: 2 pairs of remote valves as standard, with 3 pairs available when additional hydraulic functions are required.

PTO & Linkage: PTO configuration, front PTO and front three-point linkage.

Tyres: Different tyre and tread configurations for field and yard conditions.

Cab & Braking: Cab or open-station configuration, with air brake option.

Hitch & Front Equipment: Quick hitch and other front-end configurations according to application.

Quality Control

Incoming Component Inspection
Engine, transmission, hydraulic components, axles and structural parts are checked by specification, part number and visual inspection, with non-conforming components removed before assembly.

Chassis & Loader Assembly
Mounting points, fasteners, hydraulic lines and loader connections are checked during assembly to verify correct positioning, secure fastening and proper connection.

Hydraulic System Testing
The steering, loader and implement hydraulic functions are operated through their working movements while connections are inspected for leakage, confirming normal movement and hydraulic circuit integrity.

Transmission & PTO Testing
Each forward and reverse gear and the PTO are operated during functional testing to check gear engagement, shifting, PTO operation and abnormal noise.

Steering & Brake Testing
The steering and brake systems are operated during functional inspection to check steering response, brake engagement and control operation.

Final Inspection
The completed tractor is checked against the approved configuration for controls, safety equipment, tyres, loader installation and overall condition before release for shipment.

FAQ

Q: What should I consider when selecting a front loader tractor?

A: Consider the required loader capacity, attachment type, hydraulic demand, working space, ground conditions and daily operating hours.

Q: What determines the right loader attachment?

A: The material density, load shape, lifting method and discharge requirements determine whether a bucket, bale fork, hay fork or multi-purpose bucket is appropriate.

Q: What tyre type is suitable for a loader tractor?

A: Tyre selection should match the balance between field traction, ground pressure, road travel and the surface conditions of the working area.

Q: Why is tractor weight important for loader work?

A: Tractor weight affects stability, traction and the machine's ability to maintain control when carrying loads at the front.

Q: What maintenance should be considered before purchase?

A: Check the accessibility of engine, hydraulic, transmission and lubrication service points, as well as the availability of replacement filters and wear parts.

Q: What documents should be requested from a tractor manufacturer?

A: Buyers should request the technical specification sheet, operating manual, parts information, warranty terms and applicable export documents.

Q: What should be checked before accepting a delivered tractor?

A: Inspect the tractor and loader for transport damage, verify the ordered configuration and attachments, and check that the identification and documentation match the purchase order.

Q: What information helps a manufacturer prepare an accurate quotation?

A: Provide the destination, quantity, required tractor configuration, loader setup, attachments, tyre requirements and any special documentation requirements.
