Quality Control & Inspection

01/

Incoming Component Inspection
Component models, specifications, dimensions and visible condition are checked before assembly through specification and nameplate verification, caliper or gauge measurement, and visual inspection. Components must match the required tractor configuration and show no unacceptable visible defects before entering production.

02/

Manufacturing Process Control
Component positioning, assembly condition and key fasteners are checked throughout production using process inspections, visual checks and torque wrench checks where specified. Components must be correctly installed, connections securely fastened and assembly requirements properly met before moving to the next stage.

03/

Major System Inspection
The engine and powertrain, chassis, steering, hydraulic and electrical systems are inspected through installation checks, operational checks, visual inspection and basic electrical or pressure testing where applicable. Major systems must be correctly installed, properly connected and operating as required.

04/

Functional Testing
Engine starting, transmission, steering, braking, hydraulic functions, PTO and electrical controls are checked according to the tractor configuration through start-up and operating tests. The tractor must demonstrate normal operation without unacceptable noise, vibration or leakage before final inspection.

05/

Final Inspection
The finished tractor is checked for model, configuration, major components, safety-related parts, product identification and overall condition through specification comparison, checklist inspection and visual verification. The tractor must match the required configuration and meet the applicable final inspection requirements before delivery preparation.

06/

Pre-Shipment Check
Accessories, spare parts, documents, quantity and shipping protection are checked through packing-list comparison, quantity verification and final packaging inspection. All required items and documents must be complete and the tractor properly prepared for shipment.
